Dmirty Kotrovsky: high prices for housing are formed by expensive tariffs for network connection
High prices for housing are formed by expensive tariffs for network connection and various documents issuance. This opinion was stated by the partner of “Khimki group” Dmitry Kostrovsky during the “Kommersant” event “New word in urban planning policy of Moscow”.
“Today the average price in new apartment block market of Moscow is 96 thousand for sq. meter. I suppose that this price is formed because of expensive tariffs for connection to networks and issuance of PZZ and GZK”, – he told.
According to him to have the demand from customers the prices should be more affordable. “Potential for reduction exists. For instance in Kaluga region the price of sq meter is 46-48 thousand rubles, in Krasnodar is 32 thousand. Such prices gives a chance for construction companies to make money. That means that Moscow and Moscow region also have potential for reduction.
