Interdepartmental electronic document to save time to business

As part of the administrative reform in the construction sector, inter-agency electronic document management has been debugged. Applicants no longer need to obtain documents for public services that are available to the authorities.

“Now, in order to receive, for example, the GPL-ROM within the framework of interdepartmental cooperation, the officials themselves receive most of the documents, whereas the applicant had to apply to all instances independently,” says Ilya Sukharnikov, head of the group for the integrated development of the territories of real estate advisory services at Ernst and Young.
