Important to use the digitalization potential in the construction area

In order to improve the investment climate and increase Russia’s position in profile ratings, it is necessary to use the full potential in the field of digitalization of state and municipal services in construction, said Vladimir Koshelev, a member of the Delovaya Rossiya Coordinating Council.
“It is also necessary to radically revise the system of interaction between government bodies, resource-supplying organizations and developers. By the way, a digital interaction platform can help in this regard, within which all construction participants will be united in a single information environment, which will speed up the construction time. The digital platform should serve as a single repository of design, urban planning and permitting documentation in digital format, be a collaborative environment for all participants in the urban development project — from executive authorities and regulatory organizations to businessmen — and ensure the issuance of permits in digital format”, the expert noted.
