The system of technical regulation in construction requires constant updating, says Valery Telichenko, president of the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
“The development of building technologies and the development of new materials are ahead of regulatory support. Therefore, it requires constant updating of building codes and regulations, GOSTs. The transfer of their part to the status of recommendation does not mean their cancellation Technologies and standards in construction must correspond to each other, ”said Valery Telichenko, commenting on the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on changing the status of some of the standards.
