Investors are focused on construction of residential real estate in Moscow. This was reported by Lyubov Tsvetkova, Chairman of the Association of Moscow Investors (AIMOS).
“We also notice growing investor’s interest in construction of hotels. There are small-scale projects, which are also attractive to investors,” said Lyubov Tsvetkova.
According to her, the number of investors who are looking for a platform for realization of their projects through the Universal bank of projects has doubled this summer.
“Our Association has received 20 requests from investors,” added Tsvetkova.
