Interactive services for developers will be presented within the framework of MUF

The exposition “Just build it” will be presented at the stand of the Construction Complex of Moscow within the framework of the exhibition of the Moscow Urban Forum, which will begin its work in the park “Zarydye” on 17th of July. Participants and guests of the forum will be able to learn more about the services for Moscow developers.

All projects are united by one objective – the operative solution of all arising questions and complexities of developers at passage of building procedures and reception of state services. Head of the Department of Urban Policy Sergei Levkin said that the administrative barriers are no longer the key challenges for the construction industry in Moscow.

“Starting in 2012, as part of the orders of the Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin to reduce the administrative burden on business, the Moscow government is working steadily to reduce administrative barriers in the construction industry. To date, thanks to the fact that it is possible to get key services from the Internet, developers recognized the positive effect of the changes, and the problem of administrative barriers has become secondary, “Sergei Levkin said.

At the exposition you can see interactive instructions on obtaining various public services and learn more about the work of the Single contact center of the Construction Complex – the competence center for market participants on all urban issues. In addition, the forum participants can get acquainted with the service “Calculator procedures”, which allows you to calculate online in online mode what procedures and in what timeframes you need to go for the implementation of your construction project.

Within the framework of the Moscow Urban Forum, presentation of the results of the next VCIOM research on the industry’s attitude to the main reforms within the framework of the program to reduce administrative barriers will be held. The Center is conducting researches on this topic since 2016.
