Moscow is speeding up the renovation program: by reducing bureaucratic procedures in construction, the city will be able to build houses for immigrants for 3-3.5 years. This was reported in an interview with the radio station “Komsomolskaya Pravda” deputy mayor of Moscow in the government of Moscow on urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin.

“Today, from the idea to the delivery of a residential house of 20 thousand square meters and several thousand apartments is 5 years. We reduce these terms to 3 to 3.5 years due to the reduction of bureaucratic procedures, “he said.

The head of the construction complex recalled that the program for the renovation of housing stock was approved only a year ago, and the first families are already moving to new apartments – until the end of 2018 their housing conditions can improve about 10 thousand families.

“We have selected 242 sites for the starting houses of renovation and can already fully build on them. At the same time, we constantly add free areas for development. Their search does not stop. The renovation program is in full swing. In total, by 2032 housing conditions will improve a million Muscovites, “- said Marat Khusnullin.

Recall that the program of renovation of the housing stock in Moscow was approved on August 1, 2017. It provides for the resettlement of more than 350 thousand apartments. Now 5171 houses are included in the program. The program provides for the construction of about 30 million square meters. m of housing. By the end of 2021 it is planned to relocate about 41 thousand apartments to comfortable houses with high-quality finishes and convenient transport accessibility.
