Sergey Levkin: We intend to reduce timelines capital constructions objects connection to networks
According to Sergey Levkin, the Head of the Department of the Urban Planning Policy of Moscow, Moscow will have transfer services on connection to utility networks into e-format by the end of 2018. He detailed that this is about connection of capital construction objects to power supply, gas system, heating, water supply and sewage networks. This, in turn, will influence on periods of implementing renovation program.
The Government of the Russian Federation adopted resolution №955 of August 9th “On establishing features of rendering services on technical connection of capital construction objects to utility networks into e-format on the territory of Moscow Region and federal cities Moscow and Saint-Petersburg in 2017-2018”.
“From now on pilot project on transferring into e-format resource providers’ procedures on connection capital construction objects to utility networks has officially launched, – emphasized Levkin. – There are no any country throughout the world, which can boast about such practice.
First of all, we are going to transfer into e-format procedures on providing technical specifications, concluding agreements on connection to utility networks as well as execution acts on technical connection.
“We are going to reduce timelines of connection by submitting common application on technical connection of capital construction objects to utility networks via regional website of state and municipal services, – pointed out Sergey Levkin. Subsequently, it will have a positive impact on the process of implementing renovation program.
